Increased activity or exercise is a critical part of the post-surgical lifestyle.  We can help you blend proven exercise practices into your life in a manner that will help you achieve and maintain your goal weight and make a real difference in your health and wellness.  If you do not have a plan for getting moving, are struggling with how to get started or want to become more knowledgeable about how to make your current program more safe and effective, then you should consider tapping into the resources offered by our fitness coach. As a part of our after-weight loss surgery support program, Your Solution offers safe, supportive and cost effective exercise classes. Our exercise programs are structured to help patients develop and maintain lifelong adherence to proven, safe and supportive exercise.

The types of exercise classes we offer vary, but include heart based training, strength- training , core strengthening, balance training and stretching.  We use simple, cost effective tools such as stability balls, balance balls, resistance tubes and bands and medicine balls.  These are low cost tools that you will be able to use in the most convenient gym of all – your own house.  We also offer water aerobic classes that are highly effective and fun.
